Three bartenders are required when the selected drink menu or service demands exceed what two bartenders can safely handle. Additional staffing is $75 per hour.

Yes — choose signature cocktails, add a Refresh Lounge or Champagne Setup, or request a custom drink for your theme. For alcohol-free events, our Mocktail Collection offers bartender-served signature mocktails; share your vision in the quote form.
Travel within 25 miles of our Dallas, GA location is included. Beyond that, a fee of $0.76 per additional round-trip mile applies and is included in your custom quote.
Retainers are non-refundable. Cancel 30+ days out and no additional balance is due; within 30 days, the full remaining balance applies. You may transfer once to a new available date when requested 30+ days ahead, subject to availability.
BAR MAID 4 U requires a safe, level setup area with convenient unloading access and clear pathways. No stairs. We do not carry our bar or equipment up or down stairs. Events on another floor must have a working elevator large enough for our equipment. A flat, even surface is preferred. Outdoor events require suitable weather protection. All venues must provide a clean, safe working environment. Access and setup arrangements must be confirmed before booking.
We accept Zelle (preferred), Venmo, Apple Pay, and major credit/debit cards. Payment terms are detailed in Booking is easy above.
Yes — 10% off the service fee, up to $75, for eligible military and veterans.
Military Discount Verification
Valid military, veteran, or military spouse identification is required to receive the military discount. Eligibility will be visually checked in person or during a brief, unrecorded video call before your discounted quote is finalized.
Veterans may present a VA-issued veteran ID or a driver’s license displaying a veteran designation. Eligible spouses may present a military dependent ID.
Please do not upload, email, or text identification documents. BAR MAID 4 U LLC does not photograph, copy, record, or retain your ID.
Outdoor events need a covered, level setup area. We may pause or relocate service for lightning, high winds, or heavy rain; if we can’t perform safely, amounts paid transfer as credit toward one rebooking within 12 months, subject to availability.
Once Bar Maid 4 U has approved your final quote and personally authorized a courtesy hold, we’ll hold your date for 48 hours while you sign the service agreement and pay the 50% booking retainer. If both aren’t received within 48 hours, the hold expires and the date becomes available to others. Extensions require personal approval from Bar Maid 4 U. A courtesy hold is not a confirmed reservation.
